Barrow Mill

Within the TM5 building, we constructed a new 50m x 15m reinforced concrete machine floor to support paper processing equipment. The basement works included floor slabs with drainage channels, pile caps, columns, and a water catch pit. The upper floor featured two 50m-long spine beams with suspended slabs laid to crossfalls. Delivered during Covid restrictions and within an existing structure, the project reflected our technical capability under challenging conditions.
